Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This means you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock and will be dispatched at a later date.

If you would like to cancel a pre-order, please contact us at hello@bare-bloom.co.uk as soon as possible. We can only cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard Refund Policy applies.

If there is a significant delay to your pre-order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
