Where We Ship We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times We ship via Royal Mail. At checkout, you can choose from the following options:

Tracked 24 – Next day delivery aim from date of dispatch.

Tracked 48 – 2–3 working days delivery aim from date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £45.

Delays During busy periods (such as holidays), delivery may take a little longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of your expected delivery date, please contact us and we'll look into it.
