Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in resalable condition, with proof of purchase and, where possible, in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@bare-bloom.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions for how to send your item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and put it right. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed, or not-as-described goods are not affected.

Return Conditions

Because of the nature of our products, we may refuse a return or reduce a refund if an item is returned with signs of use, damage, contamination, leakage, or in a condition that means it cannot be resold.

This includes items that have been handled more than is necessary to inspect them.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item if eligible, and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
